Staging Consultation: (1-2 hours) It’s the perfect choice for those who want to “Do-It-Yourself”. There may be things in your home that you “no longer see” so a fresh perspective from the trained eye of a professional stager can be very helpful when preparing your home for sale. During this consultation I will walk through your home looking at both the interior and exterior for cosmetic issues that will stand out to prospective buyers. This inspection begins curbside and ends at the back gate. I will focus on curb appeal, first impressions, neutralizing personal items, highlighting special features, de-cluttering, furniture placement, lighting, art and accessory placement, and color choices. After our consultation you will be given a detailed action plan explaining exactly what needs to be done to make your home ready for market. You can then decide how much or how little you would like to do, and how much or little you would like Tiger Eye Staging and Redesign, LLC to come back and do.
