Real estate staging is not the same as decorating. The goal is to merchandise and market your home so that it attracts the most buyers. Staging shows buyers the property's true potential. Occupied Home Staging I will walk through your home to assess what needs to be done to make your home picture perfect with the feel of a model home. We’ll work with your furniture and accessories as we transform your home to highlight its best features in order to attract potential buyers. If necessary, we have accessories that may be rented to give your home that model look for a small monthly rental fee. Pricing for this service is based on each individual home. The hourly rate for this service is $75. Vacant Home Staging The vast majority of buyers cannot visualize the potential of a home. Tiger Eye Staging and Redesign, LLC offers affordable vacant home staging services to give your home the “Model Home” look and feel. We create a warm environment that will allow your potential buyers to connect with your home and “see” themselves living there in a way they cannot with an empty house. We handle all the details from start to finish including selecting the rental furniture and unique accessories, set up and delivery of the furniture and even the de-staging of the property after it has sold. We will work within your budget to develop an effective and economical staging plan. Pricing for this service is based on each individual home and the number of rooms that are staged. The staging service is $75 per hour plus the cost of items (furniture, art, and accessories) rented. Soft Staging This is an affordable option if your home is vacant and you do not want the added cost of renting furniture. We use targeted accessories and minimal (if any) furniture to help the buyer visualize the potential of your home. There is a small monthly rental fee for the accessories used in the home. Pricing for this service will vary based on how many rooms are to be staged. The set-up fees are $75 per hour plus the cost of renting accessories. Call me to discuss which option is right for you.
